Loving Our Bear Bodies

Loving Our Bear Bodies is returning to Bear Week this year, adding more sessions, and in a new location! We will be at Strength & Clarity Pilates in the heart of town, on Commercial St, a block from the Boatslip! The workshop is a personal and group journey to loving our own bodies and finding new ways to connect. Loving Our Bear Bodies is an experience of group affirmation, and appreciation.
