THE BEST B

I have stayed all over the US, and this place is AMAZING! Highlights: room themed w theme CD! Massage therapist, steam amazing! Mixed clientele only because people know a good gay thing and don't care. Breakfast? OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Even made my bf separate breakfast due to dietary issues. LOCATION is perfect! In the heart yet two blocks removed for peace. Complimentary beach kits or umbrellas depending on weather-we used both. It's really too good for words.

or my 2nd trip to Provincetown, I wanted somewhere very comfortable and central to stay in. I chose Carpe Diem and it fulfilled my expectations and way more besides. You definitely get what you pay for.Everything was exceptional.Rainer, Jurgen and Hans and all their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It feels like a big family. The room we stayed in was called Ruan Ji. The bed was so comfy and since it was a hot and sunny week, the air conditioning was very welcome. It was a very spacious room too and exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff cleaned the room while we were at breakfast and were always finished by the time we returned. The German breakfast buffet was fantastic too. Jurgen would provide a tasty special of the day and you also had lots of options in the buffet, so you could eat as much or as little as you wanted. Breakfast was also a great time to meet the other guests, who were all extremely friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I gained a few new friends during my stay. The Spa area was also very welcome. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were all first class. When you are sitting in the hot tub, you feel like you are a million miles away. The massage services are second to none. I would recommend you try one if you stay in Carpe Diem. You will feel so relaxed and envigorated afterwards. Carpe Diem is a great place for not just gay travllers. It is for everyone. There were people of all sexual preferences and from all walks of life. Everyone just blended in perfectly, which is the way it should be. I want to give special thanks to Rainer for driving us to the airport as we could not contact the taxi company in time. That was an extra special touch and extremely appreciated. Overall, I can't fault Carpe Diem and would definitely stay there again.

No other place to stay.

This was our second stay at the Carpe Diem and it is truely a remarkable, top notch Inn. If you want upscale accomodations, exceptional service, fantastic breakfasts and a great spa then this is the place for you. Ranier, Jurgen and Hans go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to meet your needs- reservations, spa appts. etc. The spa deck is clothing optional in the true European fashion and wine hour turned into social hour where we met great people and made great friends.
