This is why I love it: * Great rates * Great location * Low attitude clientele * The best parties on the porch! * Can be cruisy * Friendly staff You will have a good time here if you are friendly and outgoing and have no attitude, you like to party, you like to fool around. Do not come here if you have a bad attitude, are looking for fancy accommodations.

As soon as I walked in on a very rainy night I should have known there would be problems. I got into the room which was about the size of a walk in closet, the room felt like a sauna (there is no a-c which I knew but was advetized as "our ceiling fans will keep you cool at night....ahhhh nottttt). So I manage to get to sleep and wake up to use the bathroom and find out there are NO, YES NO DOORS ON THE BATHROOM, I would soon find out why. So I decide to try to upgrade the room to one with a private bath and an a-c but they dont do private baths, and the man helping me just giggles and shrugs his sholders, but two minutes later reminds me that I need to sign my credit card receipts (did reservation over the phone, my mistake), believe he wanted to make sure I wouldn't cancel the charge after seeing the mess. After a day I than noticed most everybody's room doors were open and guys were lying naked, prob. hoping to score. When I would use the bathroom to wash up two minutes later some creepy types would allways be coming in and saying hi, I couldn't lock the door because there was none to lock. I remember once I went to the second floor bathroom (my room was on the third floor) thinking this might be better and as soon as I turned the sink on this tall middle aged naked guy was saying hi and grinning ear to ear as I left I passed his room again the door to the room was wide open and it was him and another chubby guy lying naked and all I remember is the chubby dude's little sausage link fingers waving me in, I was repulsed and angry at myself for picking this place to stay I should have done some research.....
