Ownership is pushing time share resulting two phone calls with increasingly lower rates from $1900 to an offer of starting at $900+ on the last day. it is about 2miles to downtown Ptown. Outdoor Pool is nice. Indoor pool looked dirty. Units are basic..efficiency kitchen, cable, murphy bed and a sleep sofa. I brought my own sheets though they are provided (i still worried about bed bugs).
