I wasn't looking for a B&B...I was just looking for waterfront. And I got so much more!! The room was spacious, the fireplace was a flip of a switch, the patio door brought in a beautiful breeze. And the sound of the water lapping on the shore brought us quickly away from the hub-bub, and into vacation mode.

***** This is not a B&B anymore. Why stay here?

If your looking for a true bed and breakfast, with interaction from guests, this is not the place. It is not run like a b&b and there are plenty of others to choice from. I couldn't get into my favorite guest house and ended up here with friends. It is more like a rooming house with rooms and that is it. not all that clean. Skip it is the best thing I can say. Only good thing is Tips for Tops rest is right across the street

So close to everything and a terrific staff. The outside is kept beautiful. When people walk by they can't help but take a second look. If you're making a once in a lifetime trip to Provincetown, this is the place to stay.

Stunning location and views of both the water and the bods lounging about the pool. Exacting attention to every detail and desire. Immaculately-clean and tastefully-decorated. The mix of some straight couples makes this wonderful place even more inviting....everybody gets along. BTW, I was so fond of the place that, knowing my schedule would not permit me to return as soon as I'd have liked to, I stole two towels, which still grace my bathroom. I would recommend this venue without reservation, but make reservations, as it is so very popular.
