Long lines, but people have eat somewhere and the tourists love this place. But most tourists are accustomed to just average service and food. The view of the water is blocked by a parking lot, and when we were there the outdoor patio, while cute and providing a great view of Commercial Street, was just too hot to sit on. I love the lobster salad roll here (probably the best one I had in Ptown), and the breakfast items are usually good.
