      Relax you're on Vacation !
Great Inn, Andy and Lenny make you at home as soon as you arrive two of the nicest guys you could meet. The rooms are very clean own bathroom, Flat Screen, DVD etc, and nicely decorated. They have 3 fantastic decks with sunloungers and chairs, with one the top deck with view of P'town and the sea. It is close to all you would want in town without it being too noisy. I would recommend it to all.

      Inexpensive...and there is a reason
Dated from pink carpet, no ac, paper thin walls and rowdy patrons with a front end staff that is curt and could do with a smile lesson, these are reasons why this dated spot on the water is inexpensive. Ownership is pushing time share resulting two phone calls with increasingly lower rates from $1900 to an offer of starting at $900+ on the last day. it is about 2miles to downtown Ptown. Outdoor Pool is nice. Indoor pool looked dirty. Units are basic..efficiency kitchen, cable, murphy bed and a sleep sofa. I brought my own sheets though they are provided (i still worried about bed bugs). I won this and so it was a free vacation and if it was free would return...otherwise...I'd look elsewhere!
