What we say
Stay at the home of the famous tea dance
If you can't stand to be too far from the action, stay here. While the 45 rooms aren't all that, you'll get free access to the pool and the tea dance.

Great location and their T-dances are a must, but stay somewhere else. Walls in the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything going on. Housekeeping staff forgot to clean our rooms, VERY NOISY! Staff not friendly. Stay someplace else and attend their T Dances.

My partner & I stayed here in 1997. Honestly, we lucked out & had a great room: 3rd floor, corner room above the patio deck. I could see it not being as great an experience if your room was hidden elsewhere. a little run down at the time, but clean. Reasonably priced, and close to everything!

Stayed at the Boatslip over Memorial Day weekend and had a fantastic time. Last time I was at the Boatslip was in 2005. Had a good time, however the rooms were dingy and old looking. Now the rooms are great! New everything...even flat screen TVs. Oh did I forget T-Dance..always a blast! I'll be back next year..Thanks!

I'm not at all surprised that the other 2 reviewers gave this place a bad rating. This place has been living off it's reputation as THE place to go for T-Dance for as long as I can remember. The people that stay there think that they're the greatest thing since sliced bread. If they are, then it's probably stale bread.
