Really about the patio and the people watching
Bubala's is perfectly located, convenient to everything and the service is generally fast (once you get past the long line). I love the lobster salad roll here, and the breakfast items are usually good. Yes, the food isn't stellar, but I really enjoy Bubala's and never miss it when I'm there!!

      Nice patio...expensive lunch
I had my heart set on a lobster roll since day 1 of going to P-Town. I was not impressed with the one I ate here..just so-so. But they do have a nice patio to have a drink and appetizers.

Not a fan of the food or service - its all about the location
Food is borderline, prices are not in line with either the meals or the service. This place thrives because of its patio and location. Move on or adjust your expectations.

If your in to just "OK" it's okay!
Wonderful location but the food is just average. Long lines, but people have eat somewhere and the tourists love this place. But most tourists are accustomed to just average service and food. Staff is not friendly.

      Meh...
This place is fine if you have a gaggle of kids and don't care about the food. The view of the water is blocked by a parking lot, and when we were there the outdoor patio, while cute and providing a great view of Commercial Street, was just too hot to sit on. My chicken was dry and the fish my husband had wasn't great either.

The food is great and the people-watching is stellar.

      Eh...
That's all I can say. Ok food, Ok service. Nothing to write home about, yet there is almost always a line. I guess people have just come to accept mediocrity.
